The Rainmaker Quick Program is a fast and economical way to create a professional marketing plan. It's a unique approach created by Rainmaker and successfully used in several industries.

The Quick Program has 5 Steps:

1. A comprehensive questionnaire customized for your business to be completed by your company's key personnel.

2. An all-day planning session is held, after all of your key personnel respond to the questionnaire and responses are analyzed. The planning session is intense; going through the situation analysis of the planning process (aided by the questionnaire results), creation of the strategies, and, finally, the tactics plan with implementation hurdles that can be measured and tracked.

3. Preliminary plan is written and distributed for review.

4. A second half-day meeting to review the preliminary plan. Refinements are made and each tactical initiative is assigned to a specific person.

5. Final plan is written and delivered.

What We Do

We orchestrate the process. Each plan requires a unique approach, but generally the process goes like this: We set the agenda and keep the players on schedule during each phase of the strategic planning process. We prepare for and facilitate the meetings. We clearly summarize the follow-up needs from each participant and insure the timely delivery. We help each team player along the way coordinate with the whole team. Then we edited the input from everyone into a cohesive whole, doing the necessary but tedious formatting and integration.
